Place steamer on the shower floor, but not directly under shower stream. Do not pick steamer up with hands once it is wet...menthol crystals are strong. If steamer needs place adjustment in the shower use your foot. THE STEAMER CAN NOT BE USED IN THE BATHTUB!!!
Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Menthol Crystals, Coconut Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and Isopropyl Alcohol.
